Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within one business day — Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high demand or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll always keep you informed every step of the way.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We work with reliable and well-known carriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S.

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days (available at checkout for an additional fee)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carriers and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors beyond our control.

Shipping Coverage

We proudly ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation that includes your carrier details, tracking number, and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Risk of Loss and Title

All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package. Once marked as “delivered” by the carrier, your order is officially considered complete.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost, delayed, or missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Double-check the shipping address provided during checkout.

  2. Ask neighbors or household members if they may have accepted the delivery.

  3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

If you’re still unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@vieapk.com within seven business days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with an investigation.

For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier. While replacements aren’t guaranteed, our team will always do its best to help find a fair resolution.

Incorrect Address Policy

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll notify you immediately. You may choose to have the order reshipped (additional shipping fees may apply), or you can request a refund minus the original shipping cost.

Multiple Shipments

In some cases, large or multi-item orders may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. You’ll receive tracking information for each individual shipment.
