• Depending on your bank or card provider, please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if your entire order is returned.

• If the return is not due to Vieapk’s error, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
