Order Policy

At Vieapk, we take pride in the quality of our products and want every shopping experience to be effortless and worry-free. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll work quickly and fairly to make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Please review your order details carefully before checkout — including size, color, and quantity.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. A 10% cancellation fee applies.

• Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

• To request a cancellation, contact us at support@vieapk.com with your order number.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges for incorrect selections (such as wrong size or color).

• If needed, you can cancel within 24 hours and place a new order instead.

• Need help choosing the right size or item? Our team is happy to assist before you check out.

Returns & Refunds

We accept return requests within 120 days of delivery. After this period, all sales become final.

Eligible for return if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective

• You received the wrong product

• The product differs significantly from its description

Not eligible for return if:

• The item has been used, washed, or altered

• There are minor cosmetic imperfections (like loose threads)

• It’s missing original tags or packaging

• The damage was not caused by Vieapk

How to Request a Refund

Email support@vieapk.com with the following details:

• Your order number

• Photos or videos showing the issue

• Proof of purchase

• Shipping receipt (if applicable)

⚠️ Important: Please do not return items without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

• Refunds include original shipping charges.

• If your refund doesn’t appear within 10–15 business days, please check with your payment provider.

Important Notes

• Return window: 120 days from delivery

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the issue is Vieapk’s fault)

• Vieapk is not responsible for loss or damage during return transit
